To assist in maintaining accurate records, please complete ALL FIELDS on the form. The form MUST be MAILED directly to the membership director at the address provided on the form and below. The date post marked WILL be used to determine actual date of membership. Memberships are from January 1st-December 31st.
For points to count for year end awards, BOTH HORSE OWNER and HORSE EXHIBITOR must be a member. Open riders, the OWNER of the horse MUST be members of NQHA for Year End Points to count.
For example: Freedom Ranch owns the horse and Joe Smith shows the horse, both Freedom Ranch and Joe Smith will need to purchase a membership for points to count.

Please note that family memberships are for immediate family only (spouses and dependents).
Children over the age of 18 must purchase an individual membership.
