To assist in maintaining accurate records, please complete ALL FIELDS on the form. The form MUST be MAILED directly to the membership director at the address provided on the form and below. The date post marked WILL be used to determine actual date of membership. Memberships are from January 1st-December 31st.
For points to count for year end awards, BOTH HORSE OWNER and HORSE EXHIBITOR must be a member.
