Essay Question #1: Please write a short statement providing information which may include but is not limited to: where you live and how long you have resided there; your current school interests and extracurricular activities; person and work experiences.

Essay Question #2: In order that readers of this application may know more about you, please describe in detail your interest and experiences with horses, your involvement in NQHA, your success with horses, school and in other areas. You may also include information about your future plans including goals for college as well as future career goals.
